Whatever you do don't talk about the problems you may have with a Kimber at Kimber Talk

Wow, what a bunch of skirted fanboys over there. My first and only Kimber was a complete disaster. Sent back to be "looked" at and sent back a bit better but still not great. I'll never buy another and plan to sell this junk ASAP. As I stated over there, been shooting since 1961 and have owned pretty much every make over the years and the Kimber 1911 (Hero Custom) was the biggest disappointment out of any other weapon I've owned or still owned.

So the fanboys over there apparently are not big Glock fans either when I mentioned that both of my G30's just work when I need them. The comments ranged from "get a real man's 1911" to others all of which I didn't let slide in any way.

Owning 4 different manufacturer's 45ACP weapons I'm pretty sure I can have an opinion of what works and what doesn't. I'm sure many haven't had any issues with their Kimbers but whoa be it if you do on that site. I've deleted it from my list of ones I go to. I'm too old and too tired for that fanboy mentality.

16. Threads or posts on Glock Talk may NOT be used to deliberately trash, denigrate, or malign other websites or forums. DO NOT drag your board wars over to this site. Glock Talk is also not to be used as a complaint department for online merchants or sellers. If it comes up in a discussion, you may post your experience(s), but do not start a thread just to complain about a problem you had with a seller/merchant. If you do so, it will jeopardize your account on Glock Talk.
