What glock sights are these on this mk27?

The first pic looks like Ameriglo GL-429 I have on mine.

Not sure about the top, almost looks like something from Dawson Precision because of the front sight base but the bottom looks like a regular set of Glock night sights on an MOS gun

Bottom one is for sure factory Glock night sights. Not sure about top one.

What sights would they use if they were using a sound suppressor?

The top photo I believe are some aftermarket suppressor height sights, the manufacturer could be any of several dozen.

The bottom photo I think are Glock factort night sights.

The top ones are meant as backup sights if the RDS fails. They MAY cowitness, but probably don't.

The bottom ones look like Glock factory night sights.

Yeah the top ones look like Dawson to me too, but it’s hard to tell.
