SF = Short Frame. The trigger reach is shorter than on one that is not SF and the same as a gen4 without a backstrap.

 

Not the same as the Gen 4 but very close. Gen 4 is a tad shorter.

"Slim Frame" or "Short Frame" - reduced trigger reach for those of us whom God blessed with stubby fingers.

I think the Glock .45 SF has about the same trigger reach as the .40 and 9mm, but to me it still feels longer. One reason I went with the .40 cal.
