As in, what do you use for something like that extra gun around the house just in case you're not hear your EDC or night stand gun or your beater truck shotgun/rifle?
For me, the beater pistol is a Taurus G2C. Was going to sell it because I don't need it, but I would only put about $100 in my pocket so just keep it. I did a fun paint job on it that I had been wanting to try & it serves as the beater house pistol.
I guess the beater shotgun is the police trade-in 870 I picked up, but maybe I will switch that to the PD trade-on Mossberg 500 after my form 1 is approved & can gets out of jail.
I don't have a beater rifle, but I guess the closest to that, for me, would be the 10.5" barrel AR pistol I built. Waiting on the Form 1 for that so I can slap the Sylvan folding stock adapter on with the B5 Bravo stock. Once the YHM Turbo T3 can gets out of jail, I can also run that on this. Maybe the Sub 2000 is my beater since I would get squat selling it with the KT rebates going on lol
