I’m in a quandry as to which can to buy for my 45 CT. The odd left hand thread pitch is a challenge as to finding a direct fit can.

If any of you might suggest what you use and like I sure would appreciate it.

I wouldn't focus on that at all. Instead get a can that the Griffin EZlok system supports. Once you install their correct LH muzzle adaptor the native thread pitch doesn't matter. And the EZlok is what you want if you don't like worrying about your suppressor working loose. I converted all my pistol suppressor hosts to it included the HKs with LH threads.

I like the EZlok on Glocks, but it looks like it sticks out a yard on USP barrels.

I have an Osprey 45 for my HK45. The octane and 36m also use the same piston. Rugged is compatible with their pistons too. The Obsidian 45 is a great can. Also the dead air ghost 45 is a great option.

I use an AAC TiRant 45 on my HK45T with a 16x1 piston. Never had any issues in the decade or so that I’ve had it. If I ever get a dedicated can for my HK45CT I’d just find the right piston to thread the can on. Right now the old TiRant can go back and forth between the pistols easy peasy. I do have the .578x28 piston but do not have anything to use it on anymore.
