I would refer to it as a short throat. But yeah! 2 CZ's and more recently my Tanfoglio had to have the throat reamed before I could use cast bullets with a more rounded ogive. 147gr. wouldn't chamber at all in any of them.

Most 147 cast will work in stock bbl, you just have to seat deeper.

Truncated cone, maybe. I have 147gr. RNFP's and they would of looked like wadcutters by the time I got them to drop into the Tanfoglio's chamber!
