So awesome it's not even drop safe. Something I notice the article fails to mention, which might be the intended pun involving the green sucker.

Thanks, but no thanks.
I guess you are not familiar with series 70 1911 which make up 99% of 1911s used in competition.

Also, you're blowing things way out of proportion.

Nice article Matt. Who knew you could write as well as you shoot? Hell, maybe even better! ;)
Thanks, been doing it close to 15 years but only the last few in the gun industry. Some days I am definitely a better writer than shooter.

Coming from someone who does this with their firearm and puts it together using nuts and bolts? You can't possibly be serious.

20 year old Open Comp Gun, and its still winning matches. The bolt is a custom turned aftermarket bolt that replaces the trigger pin to mount an optic. Come out to a match sometime, you wont beat the bolt.

Man, you are like a yard dog with a bone. OK, we got it - You think X, others thing Y. I have shot hundreds of matches and been in the middle of officiating a far share at some level. I have seen some pretty nasty trigger jobs. The Timney Competition Series for Glock is not one of them.

So what is your end game with this? Practicing law at night, want a class action suite or something. Knight in Shining Armor syndrome?

What is driving you so hard on this non-issue. We got it. We are aware of your opinion on the TCSG. Job well done !!!

To Others, is it my imagination or is GT turning into the nanny nation?

Let go shoot something.
Wild guess but with over 3000 pots in 8 months it probably has something to do with lots of leisure time and wanting attention.

OP's article, which is mostly a bunch of misinformation (would love to see what a factory OEM reduced weight firing pin looks like) and other nonsense, links straight to Timney's purchase link so I'm sure some type of royalty is being received on top of what was paid to write the article. It is GA afterall.

A blatant lie from the article. It is same issue being discussed here, that some obviously cannot emotionally handle.
Well now you are out of line. I was paid by GA to do a review, I get no royalty or payment from Timney. The firing pin is a modified factory pin, not one that Glock made lighter, I could post pics, but only if you ask nicely.

You are dead wrong but will shout from the rooftops until horse just to get attention.
