Taurus is working on a new PCC. It looks good so far from what I see. I'm not a PCC guy, but I wouldn't mind one of these as a truck gun. I wouldn't be surprised if Taurus releases one in 45acp and 10mm too.

Taurus Armas SA is also preparing to launch a revolutionary submachine gun called RPC ( Raging Pistol Carbine ).
As the company previously reported, the RPC will be the most compact and lightest submachine gun in its category, weighing less than 2.5 kg and - in another world first for Taurus - it will have no screws.....
According to renowned Brazilian expert Paulo Bedran and confirmed by company sources, the preparation system adopted is direct delayed recoil, using a roller solution ( roller delayed blowback ).
This is a mechanism similar to that used in the HK MP5. In the German weapon, this ingenious mechanism is responsible for much of its success and, from a technical point of view, sets the MP5 apart from most other submachine guns, which, as a rule, adopt the simple direct blowback system.
The roller system regulates the opening of the chamber and, consequently, the movement of the bolt assembly. This has a positive and significant impact on the perception of recoil, improving the controllability of the assembly.
the roller delayed blowback is not an outdated concept, quite the opposite. Its current lack of popularity is related to cost, given that it requires a device with greater mechanical complexity.
If I were in the market for a PCC, I’d go this route. I really like these Swiss firearms.I would rather spend a few hundred more and get a B&T.
Ah okI'm not going to buy something more expensive with diminished returns just because I have the money and can afford to. I don't care if I hit the billion-dollar lottery; I'm not going to be one to throw away money for stuff I don't need just because I can afford to. I am also mature enough and am not a snob to the point that I feel the need to buy the most expensive option on the market and then run around trying to convince everyone else who went the less expensive or Gucci route that I'm superior to them. I'm also mature and objective enough to look at data without preconceived notions and biases. You've seen to have already come to the conclusion that the PCC in the OP isn't going to last before it has even been released and is based on feelings and not any facts about the gun. I'm the type of person who wants to see reviews, testing, personal firsthand experiences, and actual facts, not conjecture, before I decide what I'm going to buy. Like I said originally, if it proves to be a decent gun based on real-world data and facts, I might pick one up.
Other than that, for lots of people, these types of budget guns are just range toys and plinkers. They don't see themselves as the tactical SWAT types who need the most expensive, battle-tested go-to-war gun for when our first-world country is invaded. Everything doesn't have to be a zombie apocalypse, WROL, SHTF gun. They don't need every gun they own to be the most expensive or top tier. There's absolutely nothing wrong with buying a budget gun just because it's expensive and will be fun to shoot. For those who have to buy reliable budget guns without all the bells and whistles and the best fit and finish because that's all they can afford, there's absolutely nothing wrong with that too.
That would make two of us, actually.Wow. Lots of fighting here.
I’ll go out on a limb and try to make everyone happy.
Im not buying this gun or the more expensive versions 🤷‍♂️
