I dont care for them on carry guns.

On full size/duty/home defense guns, I LOVE the sandpaper grip. My P320 and Glock 17 have the sandpaper grip and the grip is just fantastic. No slipping and sliding, just glued to your hand.

I used the black rubber grips for many years with great success until the Talon Pro grips arrived. I have Talon Pro grips on every polymer gun I own including my XD45 and all my
Glocks.

What I like about them… is on my Gen 3 guns they fill in the finger grooves a bit so the grip works for me. It is a good product and if you watch they put them on sale on occasion.

Talon rubber on my G19.3 works great and seems to last well. The right amount of improved grip with no catching on clothing for concealment.

Be very slow and careful when putting your first set on to get things lined up perfectly since they are one piece for the grip itself. A small misjudgment at first looks bigger at the end. After that, very easy to put on.

Hate stickers on my guns. The couple used ones I bought that had them got them ripped off immediately

I don't like "stickers" myself. That's why I hesistated he first time to apply Talons. I had tried Hogue grips, but they just changed the profile of the handle for me, and not in a good way (though they could be great for some.).

I misssed putting a photo down with my two slimlines with Talons on them. FWIW, the moss green color isn't as "sticky" as the rubber black. I'm working on roughing the surface up a bit.

Just as an FYI- Hitchcock45 doubles up on thickness of Talons.
I’ve only used the rubber ones but one day I might like to test the composites.

I think it is because Hickock has very big hands (judging by his videos) and it is ok for him to grab a wider , thicker grip .
I , on the contrary , have medium size hands and one set of Talons would fit ok .

Very likely.
I like the 48 grip shape, largely, I think because it helps establish a sense of non-visualization directionality. When I put Hogue grips in, while it fills up the grip I lose that sense, even though the grip is really solid.

if I want a big grip I still have my 1911 which is super accurate. But too heavy to carry and limited to 7+1. But it is a great heavy tack driver. Hopefully I’ll get to that level of accuracy with my Glocks.

The Talon pros are my favorite, have them on 2 Glocks, rubber talons on another, and that sandpaper one on my 30s. Don’t wanna IWB with those sandpaper ones

Back in the day I needed Talon’s rubberized grips on my G43 so it would better fit my hand, the added grippyness was a bonus.
The sandpaper stuff is a whole different world of grippy, love it on my guns but not so much against my skin.
