Used to be, Wirthwein Guns near Evansville, IN. But it looks like he is all out at the moment and his prices have gone up to the point where I can literally buy the whole gun cheaper. https://store.wirthweinguns.com/Mk-IV-Standard-Frame-Parts-s/205.htm
My Mk IV 22/45 cost me less than $350 in 2018. Looks like Lee Wirthwein was most recently selling complete lowers for $320 to $450, so I'd skip that one. Guess he was cashing in on the panic.
