Awesome. If you want a mount for your press, get one from Inline Fabrication (IF) with the quick change.

I almost didn't go the quick change (QC) mount for two reasons. The first was because of a video demonstration on Ultimate Reloader. The QC was real sloppy on his demonstration but there is a set screw that can be adjusted to remove any play. I didn't need to make any adjustment as mine was shipped tight. The 750 is rock solid on the mount. Second, is the loading dock. IF recommends not using the loading dock with the Dillon AND a case feeder. I'm like, ha? The case feeder doesn't add that much weight and I'm not going to set the whole contraption on the floor.

My reloading bench is solid and the sides are 2X6. The loading dock is shipped with wood screws. Pitched those in favor of grade 8 bolts with nuts and washers. Also backed it up with a steel strap on the inside of the bench. My 226 pounds of pure Marine Corps induced muscle mass can jump on this thing without it going anywhere. I unplugged the case feeder and UFO light and dropped it on the loading dock. No problems.

I then took my Lyman turret which was on the loading dock and fitted that on to the mount. Proceeded to decap a bunch of NATO brass using a Lee Universal Decap Die I had on the turret. Worked like a charm.

I went against the brain trust here and I'm going to reload massive quantity of 9mm NATO. I'm doing so because before I got into reloading, and even when I did, I bought ridiculous amounts of NATO ammunition, mostly MEN and Winchester, both of which have sealed and crimped primer pockets. Most people would say 9mm is too cheap to reload but today's clime makes that attitude a bit iffy. But also because I have MEN and FC 5.56, both of which have crimped pockets, and because I can't let all of that once-fired brass go to waste, I ordered Dillon's primer pocket swager and a QC mount for it from IF. Come to think of it, my dumb ass didn't get a loading dock for the swager. Good thing the card is still on my desk.

If your looking for a mount, get this set up. None of use reload to save money do we? It's pretty slick and beats having all sorts of gizmos bolted to your bench.

If it were me I would get the Dillon strong mount and bullet tray. Move the 750 to the right of the bench as far right as you can where there is nothing over hanging on the right side. And use the Inline for everything else.

I must say you definitely have gone all out in reloading.

I go overboard on everything. I had the turret on the far right and the vice on the far left (where it still is). I put the 750 in the middle because on one side or the other, there is only one side to place things. I like having free bench space on either side of the press.

I'm going to build another bench on the opposite wall. That will be used for gun cleaning and case prep. I will move the vice there.

My 650 is all the way to the left of the bench and I wish I could put it all the way to the right of the bench. Even when I had it in the middle. I did nothing that needed to be on the right side of the press.

Now I have the other press’s that fits on the quick change InLine mount is sitting on a board that is mounted on T track’s so I can slide the mount to the right to make more room in the center of the bench. Then pull the mount back towards the center when wanting to use it like the RC. I also have a IN flush mount in the center of the bench that I can slide in and out. For when doing like primer pocket swaging.

Nice write up George!

Agree

@George Kaplan.....man, you've jumped into reloading with both feet.....it's fun to see people really getting into reloading. You and SARDG are my kind of people....never too many gadgets. The one thing I've found about reloading there is a never ending supply of things to add/tinker with....and I am the poster child for tinkering.

Yes, good write-up.

I became disenchanted with Gavin and UR back when he reviewed the 750. I sent a response under his online review concerning the inability to use a PC and (traditional) BF together on the 750 because of the new powder assembly orientation, and it never got posted. I sent a follow-up post commenting again - also never posted or replied to.

UR is a business, and receives samples from manufacturers as well as making money from ads, so he doesn't want to rock the boat. But he should RTFM and properly use the products that he reviews - like tightening a set screw. :(

Does he not make a bullet tray mount for the 750?
My 550 uses his bullet tray mount.

I have sooo much third party stuff, I don't remember where everything came from. But I don't use any kind of press mount and I also think I am using the IF bullet tray mount on my 650 and 750 - because Dillon's is meant to be used with their strong mount.

The IF bolts to your bench or IF mount. Does NOT include the Dillon tray. $50 for the IF, another $50 for the Dillon tray which comes with a mount you can't use. I'm on the fence.

He has 2 options or at least he used to have 2 options.
1 is the articulationing tray mount the 2nd is the tray mounting directly to the press mount .
I didn't see much need for the articulationing bullet tray but I did get the articulationing empty case bin since iam using a 550 without a case feeder.
I can tell you though the articulationing arm is very will made too. Has a brass or bronze bushing in has stayed tight for me over the years.
Will Add it bolts to the back of the mount not the bench

Here's what I'm using. As I said... I think it is an IF piece - but I don't think I am using it as advertised as I have it directly on top of the press casting. It has the mounting holes for the Dillon tray, and it puts the top of the tray at the shellplate height.

Still have to drop another $50 for the Dillon tray and mount.

I'd like to know where to get the Dillon bullet tray alone.

For the extra $30, I'd just get the articulating.

SARDG, do you have a Dillon press cover and if so, does it fit over that bullet tray?
Nuts, Kap. I have a cover... and am 95% certain it fit over the case feeder and bullet tray once - before I added IF's mirror mount, and my bullet feeder. Now I cannot get the cover over and down that far to tell you.

I have the articulating tray, but mounted to the IF wall mount system on a wall to the right of my presses. I use it to set my coffee cup on, as well as any stray cartridge needing attention. Does not appear as though it would ever be a good substitute for the bullet tray. It is very shallow.
