I went to my usual Monday range trip. This time I took out my Glock 19 and for the first time, used it with both the newly attached Streamlight TLR-6 laser and light combo, and a factory Glock 30 round mag. I haven’t enjoyed shooting a pistol as much for months! Problem is, that mag and fun ran through ammo quickly. The laser with my preliminary zeroing at my house, was more accurate than I expected.

Also, I forgot to take more pics after this. This was at 5-7 yards. I had a similar grouping up in the upper right hand corner target.

I also took out my 642 S&W Revolver which has new Hogue tamer grips on it. Definitely a bigger, better grip compared to stock. However, at the end I shot some Buffalo Bore 125 grain +p out of it and it’s the first .38 ammo I’ve shot that felt like a .357. Stung my whole hand.

It's a 33 rd mag. It's been described as 30, 31, 32 and 33 rd by many but it's a 33 rd magazine.
That's the weird thing, I thought it was, then I open it today. I guess it keeps going?

31 rounds with the flat base plate, but they all seem to have the +2 bases.
I tried some of those drum mags around 6 or 7 years ago and I could get about 55 rounds in them, I think, but I backed down to 50 and had no problems with them at the range. Pretty hefty and it takes some shooting to empty one. Those would make more sense for full-auto G-18's!
