If your network administrator has set that up then yes.

If not then your email is not encrypted.

What version of Exchange?

 

Im not talking about the actual mail messages, the only way those are encrypted is if you yourself encrypts them with a certificate. Im talking about the actuall password that outlook sends the exchange server to verify your account. Im not sure what version of exchange we are running.
