Searched this topic but can't identify if these G22 and G23 are pre-ban. Any help would be appreciated.

They are all pre-ban, metal lined, drop free.

When the ban initially went into effect, Glock added the "Restricted" language to the magazine. To do this they had to move the caliber marking up higher on the magazine. Even though they dropped the "Restricted" they continued to print the caliber up high. On your mags, the .40 is below the "shoulders" of the magazine, indicating it was made prior to the ban taking effect.

Not so much collector value as valuable as carry mags for states that only allow pre-ban high capacity. For those states, these are by far the most desirable because they are metal lined and drop free. I don't know about .40 but the last 9mm I sold (years ago) went for over $100. I'm not sure how many states remain that have a pre-ban exception, that would have a lot to do with value.
