Is it polymer or plastic or metal.
-Extended and contoured, allows easy magazine release without shifting firing grip.

-Injection molded from same material as OEM factory part.

-Easy to install in minutes.

Edit:
I use these in my small frame Glocks and really dig them.

What's Crazy is when I 1st got on the Tango Down site & was looking @ the goodies, I wanted ALL of them & came to my senses
If I didn't already have the Ghost slide lock lever, I would have ordered theirs
Here's the list of products for the slim-line Glocks

Man, this is a sweet carry pistol & my wants of a SIG P365 have been all but diminished, I have a nice holster & four magazines for it now.

Just something I have been wanting to try on the 43X

Made my monthly orders from three different suppliers

Tango Down = G43X Extended Magazine Release
SIG Sauer = 2 x P320 Magazine Floor Plates so Gen 1 magazines can be used with an X-Grip Module
HkWebShop = 2 x USP Compact Mainsprings/Hammer Springs

All Cheap Little Parts but the Freight on each made them cost double

The Parts should be here sometime next week if the USPS FedEx UPS do their Job

This is also why I chose the Tango Down magazine release
No BS just a working unit without all the colored aluminum nonsense that all the others seem to always have
Also, I wanted a polymer release to use with my four 10rd factory magazines as I see no need for the metal 15rd magazines that are available

I bought some of those magazine floor plates for my Glock 21, but didn’t care for them. Pretty flexible with 13 rounds of 230 HST. Swapped back to stock. Vickers makes good stuff though, no doubt..

Larry Vickers has been sick with Cancer
Hope He's Doing Fine..
Last I heard the Feds came & took a bunch of his Class III stuff for failure to pay tax due to being hospitalized

I use the Tango Down release on all my Glocks with nary a problem.

Contoured almost like the one on my G19X

Doesn't seem to be any Love for this topic on Glock Talk

MY 4300th Post in 18 Years
There’s no love for it cuz it’s like colored mags. Whatever. It’s akin to an underwear preference. Some people want that, cool. Some don’t.

but I love all the “it keeps you from breaking your grip…”. People break their grips. Overall it’s immaterial. It’s not like someone is breaking their grip by holding the slide with their off hand and letting go completely with their strong hand…. And when I hear people cite that, that usually means they’re parrots.

Is there any way of getting the mag release out without marring the inside of the frame?
Not really, but I found a set of steel picks with the end shaped in various shapes at harbor freight. One tool has a crooked end and you can grab the mag spring and move this out of the way.

I use the magazine release on my gen3 g23, Vickers g19 fde/rtf2 and gen4 g21 fde.
It's actually in the middle of the standard oem and oem extended mag release on the gen3. The gen4 is more of hump to to the oem release.
No issues since 2019..None.
