Have you had a bad experience with them? I've only bought 4 things from them counting this. No problems with the other 2 reflex sight orders or the scope

 

Just bought some ammo from Optics Planet last week, no problem.
They’ve grown quite a bit .

 

I had the same problem. They said it was instock on the website it wasn't. Their quoted delivery times were months out.

 

I bought three things, all not actually in stock, months out. I waited for one, cancelled the other orders. Not "terrible" but certainly frustrating.

 

That'd be me. I've tried buying from them a handful of times and every single experience was horrible.

UGH! I hate it that y'all had a bad experience with them. I'll keep this updated if I get the shaftola from them.

Finding out it was out of stock after you pay is frustrating.

Would maybe try again, but it would have to be a real deal.

 

Don't trust them. Placed an order for something that was supposedly in stock. Turns out it wasn't in stock, waited weeks while they did NOT inform me it was on back order and would be delivered some time in the next century. Of course it was still posted on the website.

I think they're dishonest and would never buy from them.

 

I had the same bad experiences as above. I no longer trust them and will not buy from them.
They are mostly a drop shipper and rely on other company's inventory systems.

I'd rather buy from Midway USA which is a Missouri company.

I haven't ordered from them lately, but I have ordered from them, got a good price and all went very smoothly. Hoping your experience is a good one, too!

 

My experience was not good, hope yours is better.

 

I have used them twice this month. First order was fine and what I ordered yesterday has shipped. No complaints from me so far.

 

I had same experience as the majority of the responses above. Reasonable price for an item that was not actually in stock. Long wait for eventual shipping. Frustrating experience. I stopped ordering from them years ago. Unsubscribed to their emails. An item would have to be free before I would consider ordering from them again.

 

Got a
"Label created" tracking notification. I know it may be awhile before it actually ships but I take this as a sign they have and will ship it.

Probably bought from OP a dozen or more times. Only once, when I knew it was a backorder, did I end up cancelling because it came in stock at another vendor first. Rest were fine.

I always call in instead of online. Because ... their prices are more like "suggestions" or an initial bid request. When I ask, I get 13-17٪ off their listed marked down price and usually free shipping, depending on how much discount was provided.

Usually it is the best price I can find. But on a recent rifle scope purchase, they could not match or beat another vendor.

So overall, I am satisfied with them.

I just found that out . Midway was $85.00 shipped to my door cheaper than OP on a Trijicon RMR that I just ordered. I think Black Friday may have had something to do with the price difference also. There also is a $100.00 mail in rebate from Trijicon that I need to send in when it arrives.

That M4 that followed me home when I was just looking for shoes is making for one expensive pair of shoes. I'll have to post a picture of expensive shoes when everything arrives.
