Before I fired a shot with mine I polished the outside, feed ramp, and chamber of the original and an OEM threaded barrel I purchased in an effort to reduce friction between reciprocating parts (semi auto .22LR handguns need all the help they can get due to the cartridge's weak strength and dirty operation), and with the proper lubricant (in my case, Super Lube synthetic grease) applied sparingly I've had no issues with function using CCI SV, suppressed...

It's made for a cool little suppressor host, even if I do have to aim down the top of the can whenever I shoot it ;)

I'd suggest the OP try some polishing, else a trip to Ruger may be on order. Best wishes to the OP getting the issues resolved and the pistol up and running.
