Need Ideas For A Concealed Carry Shoulder Holster For A Glock 43X MOS With Optic

I am looking for a shoulder ALS holster for a Glock 43X MOS with optic if you have any ideas. Surprisingly, I have looked everywhere and can't find one. I have Safariland 7053 7TS™ ALS® SHOULDER HOLSTER for a Glock 43, but it doesn't fit the Glock 43X with optic. No place I can find makes an ALS shoulder holster for a Glock 43X MOS with optic. I would appreciate any ideas.

It looks like the strap connection would be in the way on that holster; the ALS mechanism might be, as well.

When I make a shoulder rig for an optic gun, I choose to enclose the optic, rather than move the attachment points; might as well protect the most vulnerable thing on the gun.

I have a craft shoulder holster for my G19 - they are really well-made.

Edit: it's not ALS, but there is a thumb-release snap.

I have an Alien Gear Shape Shift shoulder setup. I like the Shape Shift holsters and the abilty to quickly swap the shell from OWB, IWB or shoulder. They however don't support optics but as mentioned above, it is an easy "mod" to notch the shell to accept an optic. It in no way impacts the structural integrity of the shell. I spend a lot of time fishing in bear and tweaker country and the shoulder setup works great with chest waders.

I use one of these and it is perfection. You can ask them to make it to accommodate an RMR for your specific gun model. Mine is for a G30 with an RMR. I use it almost exclusively in the winter when I have multiple layers on including a coat. Good luck drawing from a conventional IWB/OWB holster with multiple layers on. Drawing with a shoulder holster on the other hand in those circumstances is fast and intuitive (assuming your jacket is partially unzipped). And as mentioned before, for driving, there is nothing better.
