This popped up on Gunbroker last week and I worked out a price with the owner. He sells many exotic pistols, but this is the only Delta he ever offered for sale. Since I'm done buying guns in 2012, he is going to set it aside for me until after the first of the year, which isn't very far away at this point. In talking to the owner, he said he doesn't think it was ever fired.

The Delta AR Top Gun was developed by two Italian engineers in Italy and they were produced in very small numbers and are extremely difficult to find in the States. They were the European pistol of the year in 1998 and are extremely well made with everything pretty much done by hand. The gun was offered in 9mm, 40S&W, and 45ACP. The model I'm buying is 45ACP with a nickel finish. The pistol is all steel and quite heavy. The controls are fully ambidextrous, as you can see. The design is very cool, though it seems a bit complicated. The trigger is adjustable five different ways. :wow:
The videos below aren't the greatest quality and I don't understand a single word spoken, but it gives you a basic idea how the gun works and breaks down.

I have never seen a Delta in real life, only in pictures. Needless to say, I'm very excited about this one.
Has anybody ever seen one. Has anyone ever owned one?
Thanks! :wavey:
