DIdn't know you have a Bridgeport mill..... You mean having your first slide milled..

I've had 3 cut by LoneWolf. Well done, no burrs, tapped holes were correct and supplied with the correct length (most common problem for slide cut newbies).

If you have a dot that is not common, you will need to send it in with the slide so they can transfer punch the hole locations.

Dots have been around since the early 70's. No one used co-witness then. And even if the dot goes out, just frame the target with the window. Todays dots are far more bullet proof with super long battery life.

Avoid unnecessary parts and complexity.

Am I looking for a dot or a front sight? Oh, I'm looking for the dot, well then I don't need a front sight....

Our dept took 3 years to write policy for dots. They started with the special teams, then Deputies, then CCW.
