My understanding of maryland law is a C&R 03 holder can transfer a C&R longgun to another C&R holder without the 01 background check. I’ll read it, of course, but want to know if anyone has a strong opinion as was thinking about renting a table at a md. show and thinning the herd. there’s a good private website, md. Shooters, but for years i have not been able to get in after a password problem. Here’s the md law that permits transfers betweeen 2 md holders of 03 licenses,
