Is there an easy list somewhere so I can just look at the categories and see which gun can be used?

Here you go:

Amateur Civilian/Amateur Guardian: 17 19 20 21 22 23 26 27 29 30 31 32 33 37 38 39

Competition: 17 17L 17C 19 19C 20 20C 21 21C 22 22C 23 23C 24 24C 26 27 29 30 31 31C 32 32C 33 34 35 37 38 39 40 41

Girl’s Side Match: 17 17L 17C 19 19C 20 20C 21 21C 22 22C 23 23C 24 24C 26 27 29 30 31 31C 32 32C 33 34 35 37 38 39 40 41

Master Stock: 17 19 20 21 22 23 26 27 29 30 31 32 33 37 38 39

Heavy Metal: 20 21 29 30 37 38 39

Subcompact: 26 27 29 30 33 39

Major Sub: 29 30 36 39

Pocket Glock: 42 43

Unlimited: Everything except 36 & 42

Edited to correct mistake...Thanks Country Guardian!

Now that was a nice thing to do. I was going to be all Mr Nice guy and post a link to the entry form but that was above and beyond the call of duty.

I'll add, that outside of Major Sub, the 39 has to use G37 mags, and in all categories, the 38 has to use G37 mags. Otherwise, these pistols lack the mag capacity to shoot the standard stages. Actually, in the rules, use of G37 mags is just a "recommendation", but I suspect the alternative is to just take 10s penalties for each shot you can't take due to lack of magazine capacity.

The C models and longslides are also allowed in Civilian and Master Stock if you're <18 years old.

Glock needs to make some 10 Round G43 mags so we can shoot them in other classes. :)

WOW! Thanks!

Newbie question here. I'm interested in doing my 1st match in Dawsonville, GA next weekend and I only have a 26. If I want to shoot AM/Civ and Sub compact with my 26, is that 2 separate events each costing $25?

Each division (AmCiv, Subcompact, etc.) is a $25 entry fee. So 2 divisions would be $50 and you'd shoot the entire course of fire twice (once for each division entry).

Plus $35 to join GSSF for the year. Cheapest fun ever!

How do you know your life membership expires in 2024?

Peculiar... :fred:
You want peculiar? My life membership has an expiration date on the member card. IIRC, it's 2056. Do they know something I don't? I hope to still be around in 2056, but I doubt I'll still be doing competitive shooting. I'll be a super duper senior.
