How well does this sight mount up to the new 19 mos? Do I need special mounting plate or will one of the mounts supplied with this pistol work? What plate does not leave a gap between front of sight and the milled slot?

Can’t say how well but it sure will mount up high. I might be wrong but I think this optic is one of the higher ones. There is a plate for it, #4 I believe.

Most of the red dots are going to mount high on the mos glocks unfortunately post pics when you get it mounted I've been debating on getting one for my G34.4 mos. Currently using the venom.

Yes mine is the factory mos plate I believe it is #2.

They have been mentioned before here and I’m currently using their Trijicon RMR one. It’s a bit thinner than the Glock plate so the optic mounts a tiny bit lower and there’s no gap at the front or back of it like the Glock plates have. Before anyone loses their **** about even less thread contact, the plate is such a snug fit that it absolutely helps hold the optic well. Not to mention, #locktite.

I won’t say it’s a lot better than a Glock MOS plate, I just think it’s a cleaner end result.
