Light strikes, failure to feed, slide locks back with ammo in mag.
Sent it in, got it back. still problems. Tried 4 different types of ammo.
Going back again. In reading up I see they are loaded with problems. Think before you buy.

Can't remember my G44 failing or my TX-22 failing. I really think its just an issue with a small pistol.

Contact Ruger. Mine had the safety engage after each shot. Ruger sent me a label (paid shipping) and fixed it. I works perfectly.

Ruger did this FREE. No cost to me.

I had similar problems with a Smith & Wesson SD40VE. It did not like to feed Blazer Brass fn FMJ.
Sent it to S&W. They polished the feed ramp plus worked on the trigger, and the magazine release.
It came back smooth as butter and will now eat anything.
Sounds like you are on the right track with the Flitz polish.

Did S&W pay shipping cost?
