The most aggressive GLOCK factory frame texture available is the RTF2.
The RTF2 finish was developed after direct feedback from the United States Special Operations community. There are many instances where the environment offers difficult to manage wet and humid conditions. In order to continue providing cutting edge solutions, GLOCK developed the RTF2.

Not stippling, but I put Talon wraps on my G43s. The grip is really narrow, and I have fairly large hands. The wrap increased the thickness by a hair, gave a better grip, and added a smidge of cushion. It's also removable if I sell them and the buyer doesn't want it - not really a consideration, but might be for you if you go that route.

None of the lazer stippling I have seen is all that aggressive. After checking out the work of a few traditional stipplers I went with Rocket City Stippling. I too like an aggressive texture and their VISCID 2.0 is just that.

Too bad they don't do that in a Gen-5.
Maybe the Gen-6? 🤷‍♂️

While stippling will definitely improve the shooter's ability to grip the pistol when their hands are sweaty or otherwise wet, remember that for a carry pistol a stipple job that is too aggressive can lead to comfort and clothing issues .....not an issue for a comp pistol or one that's range -only, but a consideration for an edc concealment pistol ....

Stippling is good, but it's possible to get too much of a good thing.
