Just wondering if anybody has had any experience with the company. I ordered a pistol from them a few days ago and they processed my payment right away but haven’t heard anything about the pistol shipping. When I log into my account it still says “order processing”. The have my FFL on file so it shouldn’t be an issue on that part. I did read a few reviews saying (after purchase) that they do say things are in stock only to charge you then report it out of stock. I wish I had seen that first. Anyways I was wondering what if any experience you guys have had with them. Good or bad…thanks

I ordered six AK pistols at once back in 2011 and the transaction went off without a hitch and they shipped fast back then. I also ordered a P365 from then in 2020 and it shipped out the day after I paid for it.

I will, I’ll give them a call tomorrow. I see their videos online all the time and they always pop up when I search for hard to find pistols. I figured they are good to go. I just wanted to wait a few days before I called them. Thanks for replying with the positive transactions.

I just bought a pistol from them. The transaction went smoothly, but it took a few days. Everybody’s backed up due to the never-ending plandemic.

When I got back into shooting around 2016, I boght 4 or 5 of pistols from Bud's and had them shipped to MS. I haven't bought anything from them in a couple of years, they started charging extra for their layaway program. Once you paid off the layaway it usually shipped the next day, that also changed. It got to be at least a few days lag in shipping. Don't even ask what a disaster their 90 days same as cash program through Credova is.

Is a few days 20? If so, I'd give them a call. Is a few days 3 or 4? If so, I'd apologize to the forum for being a newb and panicking because my order was being processed at a perfectly normal speed.
As for Kentucky Gun Co., I go in there whenever I pass by Bardstown, and I have even bought some things online, but I just pay online then go over to the store and pick it up, so I don't know about shipping times. They used to have a great selection of guns before the great panic of 2020 hit - typically more revolver in stock than anybody. Also a good place for building AR parts and magazines and low-budget (like Wheeler) gunsmithing tools.

They are much busier now. IN the store they have put in a "take a number" system like you are waiting to renew your license at an urban DMV. You have to take a number just to ask about a gun. It's very annoying. Far from my favorite KY gun shop. Usually crowded with a mix of Louisville gangstas and rural ********, these days.
I did enjoy when they used to post the videos of shoplifters on Facebook.

No, they processed my payment over a week ago and I haven’t had any update since. My time on this forum doesn’t reflect my time this hobby. I just wanted to make sure that I didn’t buy from a website that isn’t good on filing orders like the Glock store or something similar. I’m glad to hear all the positive feedback. I understand times are different now and everybody in this industry is much busier than before. I’m not a big Internet shopper so I’m always leery when I do

I just ordered a gun from Kentucky Gun Company on Tuesday of last week. I called Tuesday of this week, as it still said "processing." I was told they were down a few people in the shipping dept, and that it would ship soon - in the next couple of days. Well, it finally shipped Wed, and it is supposed to arrive today.
This is the 1st time I have ever used them. But, they are well known, so I was not too worried. I normally buy from Buds, but their pre-pandemic prices were better than their prices now. And, Bud's usually ships within the first 3 days or less. But, I did once have an AUG take a week to ship several years back.
