Mercy me oh my. I just bought a Custom TLE/RL II in 10mm for quite a bit more than that.

GFO stands for Green Fiber Optic (front site) brand new for 2019.

Its a 10mm Custom II with a green fiber optic front sight.
Look at the Custom II on Kimber’s website......its nothing special.

It's nothing special.

Yes, but I wasn't looking for something "special." I was about to pull the trigger on a RIA stock 1911 in 10mm. For a few bucks more this one is made in the USA.

Sorry for the delay!

This is my first Kimber and for the $ it’s a good buy. Fit and finish are good and I actually like the front sight on this GFO model. I shot some 200gr hard cast from Underwood and some 200xtp underwood with 0 issues.

The only changes I’m going to make is a 23 pound recoil spring. Going to use it for woods carry.
