Fitting was just like a base Custom II, MIM parts galore, a 3D printed plastic grip, and a poor trigger (by 2011 standards). But hey, you get cool slide cuts and a fancy color combo.
I call this the American Plan. I shot Trap with a Browning Superposed Grade I. I could have done the same with a Midas grade, a lot fancier and a lot more expensive, but the same machinery.
An English or Continental shotgun line would start with a boxlock and going upscale, gain ejectors, then sideplates for more engraving acreage, then real sidelocks, then "self opening."


On other brands, are the high trim lines BETTER than the plain vanilla?
Frex, a Staccato P is $2500, an XC is $4300. Do you get anything concrete for your $1800 besides the compensator on the muzzle?
