I was looking at the kahr cw9 but came across info that said the cw45 only hold 1 less round. I also herd that a 1911 officers mag can be modified to work in the Kahr.
I was wondering what you guys think of the Kahr cw45?
Have any of you tried to modify a 1911 mag?

I love my CW45 and I would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone who was thinking of buying one.

I've heard of the modified 1911 mags too, but I haven't tried it. Why mess with what works, why not just stick with Kahr mags?

Kahr makes 7 rd. .45 mags for spares.

Do you think a women could handle the CW45. I was interested in the 1911 modification because of price. Probably would not carry with those mags but a few extra for the range would be ok.
