I wasn't sure where to place this as there are several places here where it might fit.
A suggestion to mods is a forum for holsters.
Anyway...
I had one primary criteria for a hybrid IWB. It had to have full (both side) sandwiched trigger protection.
This proved somewhat difficult but I eventually found two holsters that fit the bill; the AG here and the Black Arch hybrids. The Alien Gear was half the price of the Black Arch.
Initial reactions are quite positive. Very comfortable, almost unnoticeable, in 4:00 carry. Cant is adjustable in both the belt clips and the pistol assembly. Also, I really like the fully adjustable retention. This should allow for adjustment as the holster ages/wears. Pistol fit was perfect.
Speaking of wear, I am curious about how it will age. While the Black Arch is a work of art Kydex/Leather construction that should outlast the cockroaches in nuclear winter (Yes, you can definitely see where the $ difference goes), the AG has a far more mundane Composite (aka, plastic)/Fabric construction. There are a few very positive 1+ year reviews on the interweb that have me hopeful.
