I have been using HP38/W231 almost exclusively for handguns calibers for years.

It’s makes decent plinking loads in 45 auto, 9mm, .40, .38spl and .380

If your goal is cheap, reliable, accurate plinking loads its hard to beat.

I use 4.2g for 9mm 124g and it chronos at ~1080fps. I shoot hitek coated lead bullets.

It also measures pretty consistently from my Lee Auto-Disk. Within +/- .1g

I buy it 8lbs at a time.
