Anyone use a wedge on their holster? I have a vedder light tuck and carry appendix. Looking to try out a wedge for added comfort. Curious to hear peoples opinions on them. Thanks.

Yes on every one I use...I also incorporate a claw to further push the holster in. Comfort is king with AIWB and different positions/cants/ and ride height can provide that sweet spot with a little effort.

Mastermind Tactics AIWB holster pillows.... Think adjustable wedge.

I like em. Vedder sells their own, or you can get a Dr Scholl's heel cushion and velcro it on. YouTube has many ways to DIY one as well. If your grip is out, away from your body, it's what you need.
I have the Vedder wedge on a Sig 365 macro TacOps Vedder AIWB holster...meh... It's ok.... Not great.. Not bad.. Just ok. I'll probably swap it out soon..At least for me...There's way better options..imo...ymmv..

I should try a wedge. The most uncomfortable part of aiwb for me is where the lower part of the holster comes in contact with my body. Don't know what has changed but my pelvic area is more tender.
Hopefully you’re using that area more often these days ;)

I was a late adopter to the wedge and they’re really a simple and comfortable mod.

I'm blaming this thread for the $10 I just spent on Amazon. I had a wedge before. It definitely reduced printing but didn't stay on the holster well. There are a lot more choices now.
Welcome to GT, where members subliminally make you purchase things without even knowing why.

having said that, this little wedge has been money in the bank.

So, after 4 days of carrying with the little $10 wedge I got on Amazon, I couldn't be happier. Not only does it reduce the outward tilt of the grip (which was expected), it helps with holster changing cant around the single skinny metal clip, and it's more comfortable.

This goes in the category of "I wish I had got it sooner."

When I ordered a holster from JMCK i order a wedge with it. Definitely notice the difference in comfort. I had to fillet the pad though, it was a little too thick.
