On of my favorite 22's for bumming around in the woods. With it's light aluminum frame, in an Uncle Mikes holster, it was easy to forget that it was on my hip. Plenty accurate enough for pine cones and such in the woods.

I've owned a couple of them over the years, both with a 4" barrel. I ended up selling both of them to someone who "wanted it for my daughter." If I see another nice one I might buy it even though I almost never shoot 22's anymore. I just like them.

A High Standard Sentinal was the first handgun I ever fired, it was my father's gun and he took me to the gravel pit. My little brother has that gun now. I picked up a used short barreled version of it about 20 years ago. Nice little revolvers for the money and as others have said, easy to carry around on the belt.

I carried the snub gun version for 20+ years running my traplines. A great little shooter. I passed it on to a friend’s grandson when he started trapping. He still has it and carries it whenever he’s out in the boonies hunting, fishing, or trapping.

Recently found this 9 shot double action 22LR revolver. Doesn't look to have been used. Paid $150 + tax. This firearm came on the market in 1961 and retailed back then for about $60. Nice shooter..
