I ordered the 4th of July special and they received my slide on 20th of July. I have emailed, PM them on Facebook, called, wrote a message on their website...zero response..I sent them my holosun to be mounted also and I'm getting worried. Maybe it's because I sent an FN 509 slide but I see people are getting their Glock slides back and saying they have good customer service...all I want is a response and an update. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I had no issues when I sent in my Glock 19 back in 2020, I did request some info a couple months ago about getting a VP9 done and have not heard back. Communication was great when I sent in my G19 but nothing this time.

Try sending them an email now. I had my sides to them for 12 weeks and hadn't heard anything since August 24th. Sent several emails left Vms etc. finally i got a response from what I was told today they hired on Customer service rep and will be hiring another next week. I was sick and understand your concerns. I have my own post on this. I did get some communication from them last week finally and my sidles arived Saturday!
Send them an email. See what happens.

Patience is not a trait I possess but I understand the wait. Right now mine is 6 miles away at the post office but there's no mail today. I sent mine in for the July 4th sale too, the price was great. As I said I'm not a patient guy but.... they had to get buried in orders I'm sure. The lack of communication is what I think is really bad. I've had 2 other slides done by them in the past, the work was great and they were finished in the timeframe they stated when I placed the order. I could be very wrong but I doubt they're ripping anyone off and we all just have to wait as hard as it is. I've read the stories where people are still waiting from before the sale and I kinda get that a little bit too. I run a small manufacturing business and machine scheduling comes into play. If I'm set up for a particular job and I get a new order for the same part I'll sometimes slip the new order in while I'm set up for it. It's not cool for the customer with the older order but it's a workflow thing. It sucks I know but our troubles will melt away when we get our slides back.

I dont mind waiting, and I understand in these times there will be delays and I can live with that. All I really want is an update. I actually changed my order from cerakote to nitride and paid the extra full price for the nitride, I just want to know they understand the change, and follow up. I just want communication and honesty.

All is right with the world. I sent my 43X slide in on July 6th, received in by Jagerwerks on July 15th, and received back home today. My Holosun 507K is mounted and will be shot this evening. The Trijicon HD sights I had on it work with the cut and I'll verify POI this evening. Nitride finish and machining is excellent.

That makes sense because I sent an FN 509 slide in, as I said I am OK with the wait and I understand but all im asking for is an email or an update. Maybe an ETA if thats not too much to ask.
