Also why wouldnt they just send the items back unfinished if nothing else.If they have any decency they would at least send a email with tracking and say sorry we can’t complete your order so we are sending your items back.
Update-10-5-21
I had contact and things are getting done but they are slower than normal, they are understaffed it seems and I understand that because that’s going on in a lot of areas.I live in a area with one of the largest industrial parks and lots of places are under staffed. There communication needs to improve and social media definitely needs updated so people understand.

Who do I contact to get in on this,or what steps should I take to get it back, they have my 43x slide and holosun red dot?
Thanks
How long have they had your Slide? They have had my slide and optic for 7 weeks. I am going to give it 2 more weeks before I contact my credit card company the Michigan authorities to see what can be done.

When I read the title it first looked like Jaywalkers. Stigmatism.

Didi you reach out to them? any reply? THe problem here is they will not respond to any type of message and leave no way to find out anything about the order. That is a HUGE WARNING. They replied to me right from the start when asking questions about initial order. Then once in August with no info at all. Now nothing. I am not the only one.

UPDATE: Advice I was given. Dont wait. The longer we wait the longer they have to manuever what they need to. Also, Was advised to post the facts everywhere possible. I have begun posting on other boards. They won't respond they left me no other choices. More to come.

There website said 8 weeks so i would say at least that and maybe a week or two grace, they should still post some updates so we all understand. When I sent my slide in I knew the time frame.

Called Glock , Will not sell Slide , will not install it unless replacing a damaged or defective one. Called aftermarket vendors they have none at all OEM or aftermarket. Said I would be better off parting out what I have left and buying a new G21. THANKS JOHN JAGER and JAGERWORKS!

Maybe they are filing bankruptcy and will reopen under another name selling their custom milled slides!
These guys are not trustworthy businessmen. No matter which way you look at it.

Or selling the stolen slides they have been collecting as of late.

Sounds like the company has went to the dogs. Even the employees have leaving it, apparently.

According to a month old post on Reddit, they are backed up from the 4th of July sale. How much truth there is to that, that's up for debate but the blatant lack of communication is unacceptable.

Ebay has some bottom of the bin G21 slides, AlphaWolf and RockSlide (which is literally rock bottom). Gen 3 from what I saw.

Guys I am so sorry to hear this. I'm in TX and if this happened to me I'd be driving to MI. I'd be beyond p*ssed.

Do any members here live in Kalamazoo that could drive by their bldg. and see if their sign is still up? Just thinking out loud.

We re going to appempt to contact the Kalamazoo Police and see what they tell us. If they will escort us I will go to Michigan but they doors may be closed and there may be no one there. The other guess is the Police may not want to get involved and tell me to file a civil suit. As we all know that won't be worth it. John Jager would be protected personally by his Business. If business closed your up a tree. The fact that he will not answer or respond is incriminating enough on its own. Being behind is one thing but there is no excuse to leave your customers hanging without response of update. If he was behind he can hire someon to answer the customer inquiries. Not specailly skilled labor to reply to communications.

This is good information to know. Is that dependant on credit card company? I disputed a charge with Amex that exceeded 90 days (Optics Planet), but that was 5 or 6 years ago so things may have changed in the interim.
In my experience, it is for all credit cards. If you go past the 60 days, you may not get your money back. If you do it within 60 days, they will credit you the money and work the dispute. In this case, it seems like a slam dunk.

Now, getting your merch back is another story. But at least you will get your cost back for their service. If in doubt, call your credit card company and ask.

Anytime I buy something and they tell me it is on back order - if it gets close to 60 days, I always cancel. Because, after then, you are SOL.

Good afternoon,

We have been unexpectedly short staffed and have been pushing out slides as a top priority. We are doing our best to meet 8-12 week lead times promised, but the unexpected short staffing has made this significantly more challenging. We appreciate your patience with these lead times, as all lead times are subject to change. Please Keep in mind that quoted lead times are from the day we receive your slide. Thank you for your support and patience as we continue to focus on quality products being sent out the door daily.
Your slide has been machined, coated, and is currently waiting to be reassembled.
Sincerely,
JagerWerks Engineering, LLC

NOTE: I will continue to update.
