Where is the model number of the magazine follower on the follower?
I was using 4 9 round magazines and 1 13 round magazine in a range session yesterday and had 4 FTFs out of 77 rounds.
I did not notice whether it was one or all or a mix of the magazines when the failures occurred. I did reload the mags several times. 40 S&W American Eagle 180 grain flat nose.
The rounds appeared to be seated in the magazine Simply racked the slide and kept shooting.
The magazines have been used quite a bit over time and had given no problem with several hundred rounds AFTER I fixed several problems that were inherent in the early times that I used the gun. The gun has been flawless since the :"fix" and over 1200 ish rounds of mostly 40 S&W and 357 Sig and 9mm. I use 9mm mags and 357 sig mags when shooting those calibers.
My 40 magazines had the caliber and either a 9 or a 10 on the follower. Not sure that is the model number or what!
