I have the glock sport & I ride off road motorcycles very aggressively with it holding my 33. It does very well. It's the best $14 OWB holster available. Good retention & holds the gun high & tight.

I like them. They hold the pistol high and tight to your body, they lock the pistol in place, they're flat and easy to hide, and they're inexpensive.

From what I hear and see they seem great. I have to use it for a little before I can say if it is a good product though but im pretty sure it is. I have one coming in the mail, along with a GLOCK mag holster. I personally think you cant go wrong with having one or two if you own a few GLOCKS hell even one. Get it try it out, if it doesnt work for ya, who cares it was only $12 :wavey:

Where are you gentlemen getting these yourselves?

I agree. Great holster. I think the cheap price scares folks off. It is cheap, but it is not substandard at all. Folks look at a $79 to $179 leather holster, then look at these $12 to $14 Glock holsters then back off. No need to.

They are designed so you can cut out little tabs to adjust for belt width and cant too.

The retention is rather good too.

Just got mine in the mail. Little softer than expected, good retention. Great OWB carry holster, not so much a good range holster do to its flexibility. Somewhere here on this forum i read that a guy talked bad about the GLOCK holster because he said the softness/flexibility could cause the mouth of the holster to bend into the trigger guard area causing a AD. I tried for the life of me to get the lips of the mouth of the holster into the trigger guard area and it was pretty much impossible, so, good design good holster overall just a little bummed out of the softness and flexibility. I foresee myself going for OWB rather than my normal IWB for awhile to really give it a proper test.

Don't mind my hack job I'll clean it up with my wife's nail-filer later.

I am currently using Meprolight TRU-DOT's sights, if you have a larger front sight then this such as the one that comes with the Meprolight Adjustable sights you will have snagging issues, or any other sight that is slightly raised, sights for cans etc.

I use the large sized holster for the smaller frame Glocks because it is easier to draw from them. It seems to hold them secure enough unless you are hanging upside down.
I would like it if the holster bodies were longer so that the slide of the full sized Glock would be covered.

I have used the standard Glock holster for over 15 years.
For the price you can't beat it. Good all around holster.
The only issue might be if you have a oversized front sight.
Also check out Glocks magazine carriers...they are great.

Is the standard Glock holster the "Duty" holster? I bought one for my G17. Works great but doesn't hold close enough for CC. If the belt slot was on the outside so I could wear it between my belt and jeans, it would be great for CC IMHO. With a good gun belt, it rides secure on the outside. For as cheap as they are, I've considered cutting it down to fit my G26.

I have the Sport combat holster. Here are some pro's and con's IMHO. I should also mention I use it for concealed carry.

Pros: Inexpensive at $14, secure fit, One holster fits my 27,23 and even 36! Nice smooth draw, stays close to the body, not bulky, comfortable.

Cons: Having to cut and file that little tab, cannot easily remove without taking belt off. Personally prefer wearing IWB.

Over all I like it. I actually find myself going to this holster more and more. When I first received the holster I was concerned that it would not conceal well with wearing a light t-shirt. But it does the job and honestly just as good as any IWB holster I have. I just have to make sure my shirt is long enough to fully conceal my firearm when I'm reaching up for something. Again for $14 you can't go wrong.
Even though this is becoming my go to holster I prefer a IWB holster and really wish Glock would make a IWB holster similar to their Sport combat holster. If they did I definitely own one.
