I would laugh, but I recently bought a G47 that took forever to disassemble because the slide lock lever would not release the slide. GLOCK suggested putting more rounds through it to see if it settles in, otherwise they‘ll send a new part. Out of the 6-7 dozen GLOCKs I’ve owned, it’s the only time I’ve had this issue. I did have problems with a G21, but that was just difficulty getting ahold of the lever because it barely extended beyond with the frame. Since he couldn’t get the gun(s) apart or back together, he probably needs some remedial training.

A few years ago, we had a highway patrolman demonstrating takedown with his service Glock, because neither he nor a store clerk could get a showcase gun apart to show a customer. Unfortunately he reverse cleared it and when he pulled the trigger, he shot the customer, who is a lawyer, in the butt.

However, I’m willing to bet that if you were filming a demonstration you’d practice and nail it no matter what you had to use to be successful (and I have no idea who you are).
