Life member for a LONG time and haven't seen a Glock Anual or Glock report in MANY YEARS

 

Last one I have is 2021

 

The publishing company that used to put it out , was sold , and new owners shut down all print media .

 

but isn’t that controlled by Glock and why couldn’t they find another source

Yes, they could .

On one extreme, Glock could do it all . Hire the writers , have their staff do the editing and composing , print it themselves , and distribute it themselves exclusively thru their dealer network. But that's manhours and $$ , and limited reach .

They could reach out to the Other Remaining major publisher of writen firearms periodicals to negotiate a similar co- operative effort. ( Glock subsidizes a certain amount , they use their usual staff writers and stable of freelancers , and sell it on the newsstands using their usual distribution network , as another one of their various " special editions " .

Larger market penetration for Glock , and publisher hope to make profit from the newsstand sales .

Neither party is stupid , I would be surprised if their haven't been any feelers . Remains to be seen , that if so , a mutual beneficial arrangement is reached .

 

The Glock Annual is published every year in January. The only online edition I believe was the 2021 year. The 2022, 2023, & 2024 editions are available on eBay. Hope this helps.

I want to hold it in my hand. I want a paper copy and not what they are wanting on ebay.
I got spoiled getting a free one every year!
