Do you plan to get an optic? If not, any 19-17 Gen 5 sights will fit.

For an optic, go with CH Precision back up sights for the specific optic/plate setup. (Get their plate too.). For the sights, put blue loctite in the rear sight channel and set screw hole. If you don’t the sight will move. They sit lower 1/3 which opens your optic window.

No optic? Ameriglo.

I run Ameriglo Troopers (green/yellow front) on pretty much every Glock I own. I don't co-witness as I rarely run an optic on my MOS guns, but if you want to then you'll have to get taller sights obviously.

Because most order the wrong sight. It’s best to contact the manufacturer. A good example is the Ameriglo Agent. They are not cut correctly for the Glock MOS, drift even with Loctite and hang off the end on a MOS Glock. The Trooper is the answer to this problem set.

Gen3,4 and 5 sights will work, the dovetail is the same, but the height will vary.
Gen 5 Glocks comes with lower sights to do the combat hold that I hate, so all my Gen5 Glocks have Gen3/4 sights to do the normal hold.
Most brands will specify if the sights are for MOS or non MOS pistols.
Ameriglo Troopers are for MOS models, I have the GL-818 on my Gen 5 MOS.

Im running Ameriglo GL-452 Spartan Suppressor sights on my G45 MOS (ACRO P2) The rear sight did shift after a while (a few thousand rounds). I used red loc-tite and it hasn't moved since. This is nothing new for Gen-5 guns. Im the armorer for my PD and we run Gen 5 Glock 19's w/factory night sights and I have had at least 12 out of 60 guns run into the same problem, red loc-tite worked each time. But I do love the sights, running the Trooper 3 Dot (GL-818) on my other non mos glocks with no issues
