Hi Guys
I have a Glock 20 and love it" but I just picked up a six inch
Lone Wolf slide and barrel upper and its not going back to complete battery I have to nudge it ahead 1/8 to a 1/4 inch/
I'm using my own reloads long-shot with a 180 gain bullet that work great with the stranded Glock slide and a stranded length barrel

Thanks any info will help.

Hi,if it were me i'd try a similar weight factory round to see if the problem still occurs, that at least would put the problem with the Lone Wolf setup.I'd also remove both Glock and Lone Wolf barrels from their slides and place your reload in both barrels to visually see where they seat. The Lone Wolf's tolerances are likely tighter and you may have to either seat the bullet further if you can without going below the OAL/COL set in the manual or possibly adjusting your taper crimp die. These are 2 things that come to mind and others will be along with helpful advice soon i'm sure.

Thanks for the input
I have bought two new springs one a glock20
the other is a stainless full length guide rod with a unknown
spring strength
I believe the six inch slide will work but maybe I will have to have it lighten it?
I'm going to try out the new springs first
I
like the big slide I sure hope I can workout the bugs
Thanks::wavey:

Hey OrangeJeep06
I was thinking the the same thing I will check my reloads maybe there a bit to big in the ass""Thanks but why are they working in my standard lone wolf barrel
Terry
Hi,i didn't catch that part about the standard length Lone Wolf barrel earlier. If that's the case then i'd say that USNRET is likely on the right path. When i had my G20 i ran a 20 lb. spring and had no feed issues or failures to return to battery. If the stronger spring does not help then i'd look where i had suggested as you may just have a tighter chamber on that particular barrel.

Hi,i cannot see much by your photo's but when the round is placed in the barrel(standing on end) you want the round to be flush with/ever so slightly below the barrel.

I believe that washer is only needed on Gen4 models,i never needed a washer on my Gen3
