Has anyone tried or have any knowledge on the .50 cal conversion kits I think the company who makes the kit is guncrafter industries....just wondering how it shoots and how it holds up over time

It is a real cool conversion.....I am a GI Dealer and have the slide kit in Melonite. It has proven to be just as reliable as a G20 or G21.....Here is an older picture I have on a beater frame I had laying around. The frame has since been replaced, but the idea is the same. The picture shows the 230g CHP .50 GI next to a Barnes, Gold Dot and Ranger 230g .45.
