I just got a Glock 43x MOS and would urge you to look at that as well. I was in for a P365XL or the 43x. I'm not at all a glock fanboy as the 43x is probably the only one i'll own, but it's still a great gun. Accuracy i've found after years of carry and range is negligible. Accuracy is mostly at the range and competition when points count. A grouping the size of a quarter or the size of a half dollar doesn't really matter in an SD scenario. And odds are, the gun is more accurate than you so it's negligible. Between the two i as well would go with the sig.
