New Vickers' Glock 17 via Lipsey's has an msrp of $729.
Any buyer or seller can decide if the subject G17 is worth less/same/more.

Larry Vickers is a pimp in the firearm accessory game. Get it if you get a good deal but I’m just saying he sells a lotta expensive dreams. I’m not convinced the cost is worth what your getting. But hey that’s just my opinion. I’m sure someone will tell me how if I don’t get vickers products then I’ll be dead.

FWIW, I am seeing current model G17 Vickers version Glocks at my LGS for $1,500+
PT Barnum had a saying for people who spend more than double the msrp for a gun that's not significantly different from the original version.

I have probably asked to see the Vickers G17 about half a dozen times. It's nice. Solid, modded Glock. However, I have not bought it from my LGS because:

1. It's not worth $1,500+ or even close IMO
2. I don't need a Glock 17... at that size, I am not carrying it concealed and at home, I am using a rifle
3. I'm waiting for them to get sick of people passing on it and slash the price (I can dream!)

Realistically, $400-500 if one wants to sell it. Lots of sellers “think” they’re worth much more, only to relist them time and time again...I don’t care what anyone says.

If you like the model (19,17,43) of the vickers edition. And the sights are to your liking go for it. The new prices on these models were at 650-750 plus tax. These RTF2 frames do command a premium. They are great for shooting, but people who carried said they scuffed up clothes. I think RTF2 frames make for a firm grip, does not squirm around. That said I personally would not pay a major premium for one. Just at or slightly over the new gun cost. But they have been out of production for a few years. The 19 commands a premium over the 17. Do to it being smaller for carry. These guns do not have Glocks bomb proof finish. They have the chalkboard finish. Except for the last one, the FDE one which I think was cerakoted. To me its worse than stock Glock finishes, take your pick? But these guns were an interesting concept. Stock gun with added custom parts thrown in from the factory. Glock has not done this since.

IIRC, Glock toned the rtf2 down a little in it's second iteration around 2017-2018. It wasn't as sharp as people said it was on here when I got my 2018 G17 rtf2 w/ straight serrations.
