Feedback on an HK USP .45 Compact

Greetings all- I could have (maybe should have) put this in the HK forum, but there often isn't a lot of traffic there.

My go-to, home defense pistol has been an HK45 for the past several years. I really love and trust this pistol......shoot it well too.

I have the opportunity to pick up a very slightly used USP Compact. This could be/would be for carry. Any thoughts on this model?

Note: I had been thinking about an HK45 Compact.

That's a lot of dry fire. I'd be surprised if I had much more than 300 with mine, but the DA pull improved noticeably, or maybe I just got used to it.
To clarify, that’s dry fire and shooting combined.
