I recently purchased an OEM threaded barrel for my G19 and was wondering if adding a muzzle device would have any shift in point of aim or accuracy (like a rifle)?
Do muzzle devices affect POI/Accuracy?

As a possible example, I traded for a used G23Gen3 which was ported by Mag-Na-Port
(barrel and slide).
I found, for me, I had to change the stock 6.5mm rear sight to a 7.3mm rear sight, which would raise the POI (aimed point of impact) to hit my POA (point of aim). I left the stock .165" height front alone.
Depending upon the shooter and muzzle device, changes (front &/or rear sights) to one's installed sights may be desired.
