Yes, but the GOA is about to sue the DoJ under the premise that now that the tax is history, the NFA is nothing more than a gun registration.

I think this was the intent all along. Too hot to handle by congress, let The People and scotus handle it. The bill just sets everything in motion.

The only reason the suppressor and short barrels stayed in the NFA was they were justified by courts because of tax. That's gone now, GOA will succeed.
