I've been CCing for about 15 years. My work requires me to wear a long sleeved dress shirt and tie. In hot weather, usually 8 months out of the year, I don't wear a suit coat or sport coat. I'm in and out of my truck all day, and in various public buildings and offices. If clients/customers were to discover my being armed it would be very awkward.
Currently, I CC a Glock 43 in a Stealth Defense holster with the strut support that rides inside the pants on the belt. It's not that uncomfortable. I have also tried various belly bands with mixed results. I understand there is a trade off between comfort, concealment, and accessibility.
Is anyone aware of a different, more comfortable, deep concealment rig?

I wear dress slacks and a tucked-in dress shirt every day for work. No jacket.
I carry a G27 in a Crossbreed Supertuck with V-clips (velcro clips). Belt is from The Beltman. Velcro sewn on the inside.

Another vote for Smartcarry.
I have one and it is DEEP concealment. But ... I find it a bit slower than a regular waistband-type holster. That's me. I've heard you can get fast, I never cared enough to do the work but the gun is well hidden, regardless.

You gentlemen have been very helpful. I'm very appreciative. For me, concealing a handgun is fairly simple when wearing an untucked shirt, or a coat. Without those types of cover garments, it can become a challenge, even with an inside the waistband holster if the clips/hangers/loops wrap around the outside of the belt. Especially when it absolutely, positively, must be concealed.

That's where the velcro clips come in handy. They don't wrap over the outside of the belt. They are inside the belt.

I wear the smart carry quite often with gym shorts and love it, with that said, I've never found it to work well with pants made of any material other than athletic type fabric. I've dedicated a fair amount of time to training with an ankle holster, and that is my go to deep concealment option when a holster on/in the waist won't work.

+1
Ruger LCP/Hornady XTP Custom/Desantis Nemesis.
Also sometimes carry the LCP in a Desantis Apache Ankle Rig.

The LCP is super small, light & flat - like a deck of cards.
But it's remarkably accurate and reliable.
It's my go to deep cover gun.

That is one SMALL pistol. Is it a .25, .32, .380?

I was a car salesman for 2 or 3 years and carried a S&W 642 with a spare speed strip in a Smart Carry. I experienced no discomfort and was never questioned by anyone.

It requires two hands to draw with any speed but given the alternative is worked well for me. YMMV.

Back in my suit and tie days it was a PPK or Jframe in pocket holsters. Worked great for years. Later I acquired Thunderwear. Also upgraded to a Kahr K40. Depending on my wardrobe du jour those were my choices. The only addition I'd make today is a pocket sized 9mm (possibly a Kahr PM9) to replace the PPK (which I still have and like to shoot in spite of the RR tracks on the web of my hand).

I've also had success in the past with the smart carry (S&W4513TSW & spare mag), but found the key for my build with that size pistol was pleats. Pants or shorts with pleats concealed it well. Flat front did not. YMMV.
