Decal grips - sand paper or rubber? Which ones do you guys prefer?
I have always, ALWAYS run Houge slip on grips on ALL of my Glocks, even my large frame .45/10mm ones. I'm finding with my two Gen 3 G30 that the Houge slip ons are either forcing my fingers where I don't want them, or it's the Pearce baseplates on my mags that are not letting my fingers sit where they want to in order to get a better grip on my G30 like I DO get on both my G21's and two G20's (ALL six guns are Gen 3's) The big ones fit my hands great, the two G30 are the problem.
PS - I have large hands with long fingers BTW.
I want to try a set of the decal grips and see if they help any? I do NOT carry either G30 and if I did it would be OWB, so the sandpaper gips rubbing on my sides would be a non-issue as they are for some I understand?
Anywho, for those that use them, WHICH do you prefer, again sandpaper or rubber decal grips?
Thanks -
Eric
