I installed Dawson sights on my CZ. It's hard to explain, but I filed until it felt like I could still get it out without major force being used to move, yet snug enough that even without Lock tite it would probably still stay. I think it went a little over half way in with minimal push. Make sure you are getting it aligned with the slot when starting it in. Any little deviation may give you a false indication that you need to file more. Love the sights and it seems like a good company.

...If you reload and you have a Dillon, throw some of the powder knob caps that indicate the directions for more or less powder. You won't need to use a wrench.
